We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance, especially for peak season (July–October) when the Great Migration is in full swing. That said, we can accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability reach out and we'll do our best.
Most nationalities require a visa for Kenya and Tanzania, which can be obtained online via the respective e-visa portals. Kenya introduced the East Africa Tourist Visa which also covers Uganda and Rwanda. We provide full pre-departure guidance to all our guests.
Our packages typically include airport transfers, accommodation (camps or lodges), all game drives with experienced guides, park entry fees, meals as specified, and 24/7 support. International flights and travel insurance are generally not included but we can advise on both.
Absolutely! We offer family-friendly safari packages designed with younger travelers in mind from age-appropriate activities to family-sized accommodation. Children under 5 travel free on most packages. We'll tailor the itinerary to suit your family's pace and interests.
We strongly advise consulting your GP or a travel health clinic at least 6–8 weeks before departure. Common recommendations include Yellow Fever vaccination (required for some routes), Hepatitis A & B, Typhoid, and anti-malarials. We provide a full pre-travel health guide upon booking.
